Car Fire in the Meadows

Aloha im wondering if anyone has contact info for maui meadows association . I have a neighbor house alarming going off for afew weeks now and thepolice have no way of turning it off with out permission or knowledge of whom to contact; im concerned someone will breakin if not turn off soon. thanks
do you know if there are time restrictions for the gardeners? i work nights and they start around 6 a.m. every thursday for a couple of hours.
